Tomorrow night at The Crown is quiz night. Our set 2 course dinner is £13 and starts at 6pm. The quiz starts just after 7pm and is teams of 4 people for £2 each. All money raised goes to the months charity that our quiz mistress Corinne decides. Winning team each receives a £5 voucher and bragging rights for the month. You may have noticed Ho’s Chinese van in the carpark more often, that’s because it currently has no motor. They will be trading Tuesday to Sunday 5-9pm with takeaway deliveries on Friday and Saturdays. We will still have our kitchen open on Tuesday and Wednesday and Friday and Saturday from 6-8pm for your pub favourites.
The Capel Military Show is not far away now. For those villagers wishing to attend the Saturday evening event wristbands are required. We have some available for you to collect from here at the Crown.
