Wow, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. The trees are lit up in the church yard, there is snow on the ground and mulled wine is brewing in the pub. Tomorrow is our Christmas Quiz Night starting at 6pm for those that will be dining with us. 7pm for those that will just be quizzing. Remember to wear your Xmas jumpers or festive accessories. Please do give us a call 01306713250 and book a table if you haven’t already done so. Saturday night is open mic night from 7.30pm, another chance to enjoy some Christmas spirit, and some lovely entertainment. Please contact Capel Open Mic on the Facebook or email to book a slot for performing. I’m sure there will some Xmas favourites sung which you will be able to join in with. Next week we have Gin Club on Thursday 22nd, with entertainment, pass the parcel and of course gin galore. Please let us know if you would like to attend, dinner will be served about 7.30pm for those that wish. Then on Friday the 23rd, it might be a certain landladies birthday, so we will be having music all evening from 6.30pm for those that want to come down and help celebrate.
On Christmas Eve we will have Ho’s Chinese Van here from 4.30- 8pm. Eat in and save the cooking and washing up for another day. Christmas Day we are open from 11.30am-2.30pm for drinks only, we look forward to seeing you all for a toast to Christmas. We will be closed on Boxing Day.
